The migration of our archive's e-research service started on March 1, 2025. From this date, we accept new researcher registrations on matricula.hu (online research in the church archives of Hungary), new user accounts work here.
Those of our researchers who registered on the KFL website before March 1, 2025, can still access and research on the archivum.asztrik.hu site, but as soon as their user account expires, they can only continue their work on the matricula.hu site, where they will have to register.
For the time being, the change does not affect the content, structure, method of use and possibilities of the e-research service, it merely changes its environment.
The online content service of several church archives is also available on matricula.hu. You only need to register here once, after which the services of each archive can be accessed with the appropriate subscriptions.
We ask for the understanding and patience of our e-researchers, we trust that matricula.hu's joint databases, which are constantly being built, will significantly help orientation in the future, and thus the research of Hungarian church archives on one website can become more and more efficient.
